PACS Ads Reporting Dashboard

PACS Ads Reporting Dashboard is an internal marketing reporting tool that consolidates Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) advertising spend with Go High Level form submissions to report cost per lead by facility.

Owned by PACS Group, Inc. The dashboard itself is private to authorized PACS staff; this page describes what the application does and how it uses data.

PACS-owned reporting

PACS Ads Reporting Dashboard is owned by PACS Group, Inc. and uses the official PACS identity shown here. The application gives approved PACS staff a consolidated view of advertising performance and facility lead reporting.

What this application does

Ad spend in one place

Reads campaign spend, impressions, clicks and conversions from Google Ads and Meta Ads for the accounts an authorized administrator connects.

Cost per lead by facility

Joins advertising spend with Go High Level form submissions so each PACS facility can see leads, spend and blended cost per lead.

Scheduled reporting

Refreshes advertising and lead data on a schedule and emails a monthly performance summary to each facility.

Read-only and access controlled

Requests read-only advertising scopes, never creates or edits campaigns, and limits dashboard access to approved PACS staff.

How the app uses Google user data

When a PACS administrator connects a Google Ads account, the application requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope. It uses that access only to read campaign performance metrics (campaign name, date, cost, impressions, clicks and conversions) for reporting inside the dashboard. It does not create, modify or delete campaigns, does not read Gmail, Drive, Contacts or Calendar data, and does not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties. Access tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the account in the dashboard or in your Google account permissions.
